TAPE Educational Services is a provider of Continuing Education programs and professional consulting. Now in our twelfth year of operation, we provide a wide range of high-quality and accessible training programs and evaluation services for those working in the human services, education, family law, and health care fields.

Programs are delivered in both face-to-face and virtual (on-line and video-teleconference) learning environments with content being designed and delivered by our experienced staff and faculty comprised of academics, clinicians, corporate trainers, human resources professionals, lawyers and mediators, clinicians, and front-line psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers.

By employing a case-based learning methodology, TAPE provides relevant programs that have an immediate impact on the way learners perform at work and provide sustained value to them as professionals. Programs are designed to be interactive, offering participants an opportunity to engage in active discussions with both their peers and the instructor. The instruction goes beyond the application of cases, tying together theoretical models to everyday practice.

TAPE also designs and delivers customized group learning solutions for the not-for-profit and private sectors across Canada. In this regard we work with Human Resources departments to create programs that meet the specific requirements of our clients and offer a choice of face-to-face learning, e-learning or blended learning. All content is designed to be consistent with the client's best practices and current policies. In most cases, TAPE is responsible for providing the following educational services:

• learning needs assessments
• curriculum design
• course delivery
• measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes
• reporting and feedback
• course management and administration services (ie. participant registration, course manuals and handouts, classroom facilities and multimedia equipment, attendance reporting, etc.).

In working with organizations including the Department of National Defence (DND), the Canadian Forces Health Services Group, The Ontario March of Dimes, MADD Canada, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT), Algoma Family Services, the Ontario Court of Justice, the City of Toronto Hostels Training Centre, and others, TAPE Educational Services has firmly established itself in the adult professional development community. In total, we've coordinated over 150,000 hours of training across Canada since 1999.
